• Entry permitted for ages 25 years and above only.
  • The event is subject to government permissions. In case the permissions are not granted and event is canceled, a full refund shall be immediately issued to all customers.
  • No refund on a purchased ticket is possible, even in case of any rescheduling.
  • Unlawful resale (or attempted unlawful resale) of a ticket would lead to seizure or cancellation of that ticket without refund or other compensation.
  • Duplicate tickets will not be issued for lost or stolen tickets.
  • Each ticket admits one person only.
  • This is a wristband access event. Wristbands will enable access to all venues for designated dates. Please keep your wristband on for all 8 days that you have purchased the ticket for. In case a wristband is lost by you, a replacement wristband will not be issued.
  • Wristbands removed or tampered with will be rendered invalid and WILL NOT be replaced.
  • Organizers or any of its agents, officers, employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.
  • Consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
  • The restaurant policies of our designated venues will still be valid during the 8 days of the event.
  • Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed in the venue by guests.BCW encourages guests to drink responsibly and in moderation.
  • Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
  • Any disputes to be settled under Delhi jurisdiction courts only.
  • The holder of this ticket hereby grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any tape made of holder`s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto.
  • The organizers reserve the right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, rejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the ground.

          TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR COCKTAIL COMPETITON:

  • Competitors agree to showcase their recipes during a live competition in front of judges and spectators.
  • Shots are NOT permitted
  • BCW reserve the right to use the cocktail recipe create for use in its publications and marketing materials, following the event.
  • Competitors may be photographed, recorded, and featured in real time during the event.
  • BCW reserves the right to use the images and understand they may be used in future marketing materials.
  • Ingredients may be served measured of free poured.
  • Entire recipe should be expressed in measurements (ml). Other ingredients, fruits, garnishes etc should be specified.
  • All cocktails to be prepared in front of and in plain view of judges.
  • The cocktail is to be mixed with shaker, mixing glass, bar spoon, swizzle stick or blender.
  • Round A: Competitors to provide their own glassware, and enough ingredients to make 2
  • serves of each cocktail. Event organizers will provide ice (crushed & cubed)
  • Round B: DCW to provide spirits, modifiers , glassware, ice and mystery boxes.
  • Participants who use inadequate techniques or promote unhygienic standards will be disqualified immediately and will be removed from the competition. Their cocktails will not be evaluated by the judges.
  • It is prohibitied to present a cocktail with names that are considered vulgar, offensive, or sexual, sexual in nature, or with words associated with narcotics, other illegal substances, or any references children.
  • The final decision from the judges is exclusively theirs and is non negotiatble.
  • The organisers reserve the right to select the panel of judges for each round and change them at their discretion before or during the competition as deemed necessary.
  • The result will be based 100% on the criteria of the judges panel.
  • Cocktails will be evaluted on Cocktail’s Aesthetic – glass chill, general appereance, color, garnish, neatness. Technique & Presentation – mise en place, bartender’s skill, presentations uniformity, simplicity of recipe, bartenders attitude & eloquence. The Sensory Experience – Aroma, taste, Texture, Look, Balance.
  • As judges are evaluating and scoring cocktail, the bartender will be responsible for cleaning up and organising the space for the next bartender.
  • Competitors will be friendly towards other competitiors. Any participant demonstrating aggressive behaviour towards their fellow competitor will be disqualified and removed from the event.
  • Total ingredient cost for 1 signature cocktail (including liquor, juice/soda, other ingredients, garnish and accompaniment(s), but excluding ice), must not total more than(x), conforming to the industry standard of a 75% Gross Profit Percentage (GP) necessary for a cocktail in a craft cocktail bar selling at (x)
  • Bartenders are required to bring all the bar tools that they need to run their bar station, including drink-making tools, cutting board, knife, bar rags, bar towels, etc
  • Any ingredient (such as a home-made ingredient) requiring preparation must be paid for, prepared and brought by the bartender

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER

  • Possession sale and dealing in Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic substances attracts stringent punishments under the Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic substances Act, 1985 which ranges from 6 months upto 20 years imprisonment and fine upto Rupees Two Lakhs.
  • Consumption of the narcotic drug or psychotropic substance (cocaine, morphine, diacetyl – morphine or any other narcotic drug) or any psychotropic substance is liable for rigorous imprisonment for a term which may extend to one year, or with fine which may extend to Twenty Thousand rupees; or with both under NDPS Act, 1985.

  • Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
